Joanne Hill, CPA, MBA
Joanne offers over 30 years of accounting experience, including substantial work in both financial and performance audits of colleges and universities, foundations, grant management, and internal controls. She has served as Colorado’s State Auditor and the Department of Energy’s Director of the National Nuclear Security Administration and the Energy Audits Divisions. Joanne holds an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a graduate of Rutgers University.
Brian Hill, CPA, MBA, CFE
Brian is passionate about working with small businesses on topics ranging from accounting systems to tax to long term business strategy. He began his career with almost a decade of strategic and operations management experience in a Fortune 100 company. He was involved in several start-up ventures in the technology, real estate, and golfing industries. Brian obtained his MBA from Duke University in 2008 with a focus in entrepreneurial management and strategy. He co-founded the practice in 2010 to focus exclusively on financial and tax assistance for small business and government clients.
Lynn has over 40 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience across a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to Title Insurance, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Foundations. She graduated from Ferris State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Lynn uses her vast experience to help clients account for and research complex financial transactions. Lynn has been with the firm since the beginning of 2015 and has been a valuable bookkeeping and accounting resource for our clients.
Janet brings a wealth of experience in business, finance, and management to Two Hills. She is passionate about working with small businesses to assist them with their accounting and operational needs. She has worked with many businesses to go through their financial records and verify the receivables, payables, and other key accounts. Janet is accomplished at finding areas to improve processes and get businesses operating as efficiently as possible. Janet is currently working toward her CPA license.
Allyson brings 8 years of tax and accounting experience to her role at Two Hills. Prior to working for Two Hills, she worked for a small CPA firm that specialized in private equity fund administration, where she prepared and reviewed individual, partnership and corporate tax returns and financial statements for private equity investment funds. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado – Denver, where she double-majored in accounting and finance, then went on to earn her Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in taxation from the University of Denver. Allyson is excited to work one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their professional goals.
